I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bajalo Cottage during my visit to Canggu, and I must say, it exceeded my already high expectations in every way. the location, tucked away from the bustling main road, provided a tranquil setting where I could hear the soothing sounds of nature at night, creating a peaceful ambiance for a restful stay. the thoughtfully designed layout, with a cozy sitting area and a charming terrace, offered a perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty. the outdoor bathroom, while initially a concern, turned out to be a delightful feature that added a unique charm to the accommodation. Despite being in a tropical setting, the rooms were immaculately clean, and the lack of mosquitoes made my evenings by the pool incredibly relaxing. the proximity to local eateries like Lola's Cantina Mexicana and Marakuja Cafe made dining out a convenient and enjoyable experience, further enhancing the overall appeal of the hotel. I was particularly impressed by the hotel's sustainable practices and commitment to eco-friendly initiatives, which aligned perfectly with my values as a marine biologist and eco-tourism advocate. Bajalo Cottage not only met but exceeded my stringent criteria for a responsible and satisfying stay, making it a top recommendation for travelers looking for a tranquil retreat in Canggu.
